Hi, I’m Lauren

An evidence-based, compassionate, OCN Certified Sleep Consultant.

I understand the struggle for parents in establishing healthy sleep habits for their babies. That's why I offer a compassionate and science-based approach to help you and your baby get the sleep you need. I am a fully-accredited infant sleep consultant and I apply years of experience to create evidence-based sleep plans.

​After having my first child Noah and finding myself really struggling with all the sleep advice out there, I decided to dedicate my career to helping other families through sleep training by becoming a Sleep Consultant, drawing on my own positive experience with sleep training my baby.

At The Sleep Coach, I believe that every family deserves a good night's sleep. I understand that there is no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to sleep training, which is why I take the time to get to know you and your baby before writing you a bespoke sleep plan.

I am dedicated to keeping up with the latest research and techniques in the field to ensure that I provide you with the best possible service. I am committed to working with you every step of the way to ensure that you feel supported and confident in your ability to help your baby sleep through the night.
